As a greenhouse employee, you play an important role behind the scenes of our green projects. In our production greenhouse, you help ensure that plants leave in perfect condition for our customers. From receiving and caring for plants to preparing orders, your contribution helps both our plants and our company grow.

At Nature at Work, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our greenhouse team.

What will you do as a greenhouse employee?

• Processing incoming plants: You help unpack imported plants, pot them, and ensure they are properly handled and positioned in our greenhouse.
• Caring for our plant assortment: You place plants in the right locations, clean them, prune them when necessary, and ensure they always look healthy and well-maintained.
• Monitoring plant health: You assist with disease and pest control, helping to maintain the quality of our plant collection.
• Preparing customer orders: After an onboarding period, you will help with order picking and preparing plant orders for our customers.
• Carrying out various repairs: Depending on your technical skills, you support small repairs and practical tasks in and around the greenhouse.

You are someone who...

• enjoys hands-on work.

• has an affinity with plants, horticulture, or green environments.
• preferably holds a horticultural qualification or has relevant experience.
• has an eye for quality, order, and cleanliness.
• sees problems as challenges and enjoys finding solutions.

• is willing to obtain a phytolicence or already holds one.
• wants to contribute to a sustainable and greener future.
